Are you having difficulty learning English? Have you been studying for a while, but you can’t remember words?
These problems are common. Here’s how you can fix them:
1. Practice using the word. Don’t just write it into a sentence. Read the sentence aloud.
2. Write a short story using your list of vocabulary words. Every time you think of the word or phrase, your mind will have a catchy story to help you remember it better.
3. Don’t have a negative/pessimistic attitude. If you don’t think you can do it, you probably won’t because your mind won’t be able to focus properly. Also, having a pessimistic attitude will make it harder to have fun.
4. Test yourself and reward yourself after learning something. For example, if you remember 90% of all the new words you’ve learned, you could take $9 to buy yourself a gift.
To see an example reward chart, look below:

Doing things like this will motivate you to keep learning, and encourage you to continue remembering the things you learn.
5. Listen to audio stories that contain those words, read stories with them, and use the words in a game, quiz, or puzzle. (We highly recommended our subscription, of course!)
Have you tried any of these methods? Did they help you?
